始めはクロム鞣しをしていますが、染色時にタンニン剤を多く使用して染色しております。
クロムは革を柔らかくする作用があり、タンニンは革の繊維を詰めて固くする作用があります。
その両方をいいところ取りした様な革で、程よく柔らかく、程よく張りのある表情に仕上がっております。
モチモチっとした手触りと質感に加え、セミアニリン仕上げによる染料の風合いも相まって、非常に魅力的なシボ革となっております。

Brownie is a type of shrunk leather with a distinct grain texture. Initially, it undergoes chrome tanning, but during the dyeing process, it uses a high concentration of tannin agents. Chrome softens the leather, while tannin tightens the fibers, combining the best of both to create a leather that is perfectly balanced—soft yet firm. The "mochi-mochi" feel and the semi-aniline finish give it a rich and appealing texture, making it an incredibly attractive and durable leather.
